Having trouble signing up or confirming your account.
How do I signup
From the signup page, simply enter your full name, email address, username and preferred password.
After you have submitted the above information, we will send an email to the email address provided. You are required to click on the confirmation link within this email to register your account.I haven't received my confirmation email
Please check your email spam or junk folder for the confirmation email. The subject will be “Zeadoo Account Confirmation”
If you're still having trouble or can’t find it, please contact us
The confirmation email link does not work
Please try the following:
- Login with the email address you signed up with.
- Click on the 'edit account' link in the top right corner.
- At the top of this page there will be an alert notice if your account is unconfirmed.
- Click the link in this notice to resend the email.
- Once you receive the email, simply click (or copy and paste) the verification link and your account will become confirmed.
